The hostel's design was aesthetically pleasing with its beautiful wooden interiors. The cleanliness of the place was commendable. the staff was extremely friendly and available 24/7, always willing to help with anything. They even offered to keep my luggage when I went on a short trip.

The lack of storage room was a downside as everyone left their luggage on the floor, resulting in a cluttered room. It would have been better if there were more products provided in the showers, such as face cottons, for convenience.

stayed at a hostel in Osaka before, but Mitsuwaya surpassed my expectations. The location was ideal, close to the subway and convenience stores. The hostel was clean, cosy, and had a homely feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even provided medicine when I had a cold. The amenities were great, including the option to rent towels and buy locks. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hostel Mitsuwaya for three nights during my trip to Osaka. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering great recommendations for local dining and drinking spots. The hostel itself is modern and clean, with spacious capsules that have plenty of storage and a locked cubby inside. The common spaces, including the rooftop deck, were trendy and inviting. I loved the chilled vibe and the free iced tea in the fridge. The location may be a bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but there are plenty of nearby options for getting around, including bike rentals. a fantastic experience!

I felt safe and the atmosphere was welcoming. the free breakfast and delicious-smelling shampoo were added bonuses. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

We had an exceptional stay at this cozy hostel in Osaka. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and safe area yet close to the vibrant party district of Dotonbori. It was incredibly easy to get there from the airport, and we had convenient access to three different metro stations for exploring the city.

Conveniently located near JR Line station, clean rooms with personal space and fully equipped kitchen. Helpful staff provided recommendations and went above and beyond. Excellent location near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street, with a supermarket nearby. Great value for money, best hostel experience with comfortable beds and relaxing timber interior design. 100% recommended.
